Our Founder

Certified Food and Wine Pairing Specialist

Paula Sims Ballard has been in the food and wine industry for over 20 years. Born and raised in New Orleans, she discovered her passion at an early age.  During this culinary journey, she has had the honor of operating three restaurant concepts, working as a private chef and gourmet food producer, being featured in the Atlantan and Bon Appetit magazines, and a featured chef at both the Olde Town Conyers Wine Festival and Lake Oconee Food and Wine Festival. She loves all things food and wine and is very excited to share her love and expertise with you.
